How It Works

Futures Industry Association: In summer of 2015, a team of four M Powered Strategies (MPS) consultants contracted with the Member Services division of the Futures Industry Association (FIA) in support of all FIA operations to improve internal understanding of external customer value and stakeholder satisfaction. To accomplish this, MPS identified more than 50 specific, measurable, and actionable organizational improvement recommendations by facilitating a leadership dialogue with FIA senior management, interviewing nearly 1,000 FIA membership and staff, and analyzing and synthesizing raw interview data to identify root causes and key insights.
OnLocation: In the fall of 2015, a team of three M Powered Strategies (MPS) consultants contracted with the CEO and Managing Director of OnLocation, a highly specialized energy and policy consulting firm. MPS enabled OnLocation to better understand its value proposition, market position, and operational gaps by interviewing and surveying 18 customers and senior leaders. To accomplish this, MPS designed and developed an interview protocol tailored to OnLocation’s unique customer base and network, analyzed data from interview participants, and presented pragmatic, detailed recommendations for the immediate improvement of strategic operations.
